1. Processing Time
All Pet Studio orders are handcrafted with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time.
2. Domestic Shipping — Bahrain
- Standard delivery: 1–3 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and location
3. GCC Shipping
We ship to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and other GCC countries via Aramex.
- Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
- Customs duties and import fees (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility
4. International Shipping
International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and rates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the Aramex website or your confirmation email.
6. Delays
Pet Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
